Awe is one of the best postures.

Steadfast love is a powerful thing.


Change (and goodbyes) are hard, but they have an invaluable way of moving us.


Being an aunt is wonderful.

Dancing makes everything merry.

Growing up doesn't mean forgetting.

Good friends last, even when separated by thousands of miles.

Waiting is worthwhile.

There are places we love, because although we were just passing through, we left much different than when we came.

Silliness is essential.

Received love often becomes love given.

Following Jesus is the greatest adventure.

When a Texan wears a Michigan shirt, and a Michigander wears a Cowboys shirt, you know it must be love.


Small gifts are the best.


A visit from a good friend makes the scenery brighter.

Maybe if you try sea urchin, it will (as the waiter tells you) change your life.

Getting engaged is really fun.

Big purchases are exciting. (And maybe a little scary)

Sometimes teenagers have much to teach us about courage and conviction.
